Terrible Experience with Order #472460 – Completely Wrong Items Delivered! I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from this company. I placed an order (Order #472460) back on November 21, 2024, for a Silk King bed frame, a Silk 6-drawer dresser, and matching nightstands. I was excited to get everything I ordered and expected to receive the exact items as agreed upon. Fast forward to March 20, 2025, and guess what shows up? Definitely not what I ordered. Here’s the rundown of the issues I’ve had: • Wrong Color: The bed frame and nightstands I received were the wrong color. My Family has a long relationship with Finesse and recently we purchased many items with the assistance of Sherri. Sherri was an absolute delight to work with. The professionalism, knowledge and passion for the profession truly is evident. Upon completion of the transaction and delivery of products Sherri followed up to assure we were happy with the delivery and the product was what we envisioned in our home. we have been so appreciative of this level of service that we returned to purchase a few other items over the past month. My compliments and gratitude go out to Sherri.
We had excellent service from Sherri: attentive, helpful, and accommodating. We couldn't ask for more. We were really happy with pricing, delivery, and follow up. All in, we would buy from Sherri and Finesse again when we next need furniture. The 2 delivery people worked magic to get a large piece through our narrow doorways.
