Right from my initial request for a quote the service from Fair & Square has been excellent.
I asked for quotes from 3 different companies on the long weekend in February. Fair & Square answered that day and sent the detailed quotation the very next day, on the holiday Monday! (based on satellite images/ google images.)
They gave 2 choices in 3 categories (basic, middle and high-grade shingles) with links to manufacturers information. One of the other companies took over a month to provide a quote. F&S responded well to additional questions, such as the potential tariffs, etc.

My experience with Fair and Square was spectacular from start to finish. Of my 4 quotes, they were the only company to come and actually get up on the roof to inspect, provided shingle samples we could use for comparison, excellent communication (including while the job was ongoing) and workmanship. The installation price was very fair as well. However, the biggest reason I am taking the time to write a review is because of damage that occurred when a sub contractor delivered the shingles. There was a small dent to my eavestrough and the Fair and Square team went above and beyond to ensure that was fixed better than new! This company was professional, quick, clean, thorough and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any residential roofing projects!
