Right from my initial request for a quote the service from Fair & Square has been excellent. I asked for quotes from 3 different companies on the long weekend in February. Fair & Square answered that day and sent the detailed quotation the very next day, on the holiday Monday! (based on satellite images/ google images.) They gave 2 choices in 3 categories (basic, middle and high-grade shingles) with links to manufacturers information. One of the other companies took over a month to provide a quote. F&S responded well to additional questions, such as the potential tariffs, etc. F&S scheduled the job shortly after the snow was gone. They came with an team of ~8 people and were done in 1.5 days. At each stage there were face to face updates or a text. The final inspection & completion of minor jobs (downspouts, etc) was a couple of days later. The invoice came a few days later and was exactly as agreed. All in all, GREAT SERVICE!
excellent company ,workers are great ,ready to answer all your questions . They do great work and do it in a timely manner and clean up all the mess.I highly recommended them
