Got a lash lift which I have done before many times, absolutely didn't like the results. The technician did not even ask me how would I like my lashes , she just went straight ahead without any discussion. It feels like I have done nothing to my lashes (don't see any lift). This was a waste of money, unfortunately won't be back to this place.

I am a former lash tech (covid then a baby took me out of the business). I discovered Natali by basically kindly “demanding” to know where my friend got her incredible lashes done for her wedding! It was quite the commute for me but I was SO excited to get my lashes done by Natali!
My lash experience was one of the most gentle yet thorough applications I have ever had!! And when I got up, my lashes looked INCREDIBLE! She allowed me to tell her what length and style I preferred, which is something that I’ve found some lash artists are stubborn to do. I felt totally comfortable in her warm presence and felt so assured in her skills! I couldn’t wait to come back!
