I had a very bad experience at another salon, but Escada truly saved my hair. I came in right after, and they fixed the haircut and styled it exactly how I wanted.
They were kind, professional, and really took the time to understand what I needed. I felt so much better after leaving. On top of that, they charged me much less than the other salon.
