Shame on you, sell me a 35$ coat and the tag wasn't waterproof. It's not your fault I disregarded any other items on the receipt
When you denied my exchange (windbreaker for another 15 $ to leave the store for this
Something like, manager tomorrow probably confirm footage it's same item you walked out with etc. (wouldn't offended me here either )
It's also not your fault when items donated are crappy and broken, sometimes < a feature. Make sure everything works and try it on. before you leave as there might be less next time you come in regardless if exchange is honored. Less wordy to removed shortly
Good second hand donation centre. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store for all. The store is clean and well organized with lots of lighting. My wife and I have been to several Goodwill stores around Edmonton and this is one of the nicer ones. We always enjoy looking for a bargain and the prices are very reasonable. Obviously the prices should be cheaper as this is a store that takes donations and resell them. For the most part the quality of the goods is good. Things are well organized and the aisle are easy to get around. This location is out of our way so probably won’t return but we can recommend coming here.
I love going to this Goodwil location. Staff are very friendly specially Minabel. Very accomodating and helpful to me. She's so friendly and always smiling. Thank you for your help Minabel
