DynaLIFE Medical Labs, now called Alberta Precision Laboratories at this location, provides reliable care and service to its patients. The staff, including Alison and Sharon, are friendly, personable, and quick, helping make the experience pleasant and stress-free. The center is known for its busy environment, with many appointments and walk-ins, which sometimes results in wait times of around an hour, even for those with appointments. Despite this, the staff remain kind and accommodating, often doing their best to make patients comfortable. Patients appreciate how efficient the process can be; some experience very quick visits, such as walking in and out in only 15 minutes, even during busy hours. Parking is plentiful, and patients can often make appointments with just a few days' notice. The staff work hard to keep wait times short, and the atmosphere remains positive. Overall, DynaLIFE Medical Labs offers dependable testing services with caring staff, even during the busiest times.
Fast service even though there were a lot of people waiting. The staff were doing their best to keep things moving quickly. Some people might find them a bit blunt or rude, but honestly, it was understandable given how busy it was. If you expect to be treated like you’re in kindergarten, you might be disappointed. The ladies working there were caring and efficient.
Used the save my place feature on the website and was seen immediately when I arrived. At first I was expecting to wait long, from the other reviews on google, but I was pleasantly surprised to be seen so quickly. The receptionist was friendly and the lab tech who drew my blood was very kind and efficient and he was great- I'm terrified of needles and it didn't even hurt. Highly recommend, especially if you use the save my place feature. Full disclosure though, I came on a Sunday afternoon, so take that into consideration for how busy or not the place might be.
I had a wonderful experience here, Thanks to Alison who is so kind and patient. I'm very impressed how gentle she is. I'm scared of needles but she made my experience painless!
