I had an initial deep cleaning and they did an excellent job of following directions and getting rid of difficult dog hair and wall stains.
We now get a cleaning once every three weeks and the scheduling, reminders, and timing are all excellent.
We had some minor concerns after our last cleaning (did not follow directions about garbage, spent too long cleaning a mirror in the basement that didn't require cleaning, missing obvious spots) and brought them to the attention of the office.
