I got the Samsung A70 yesterday evening. I didn't even start using it until 10 pm. I signed into my email sent a couple text then slept till noon. The on button works sometimes. Weather the case is on or off. So today I went back and the right off the the bat there trying to say I must have dropped the phone. Because the screen protector in the corner is lifted a bit. We'll the screen protector does not go to the edge of the phone nor even reach the phone case. So of course it's going to snag in pocket or purse or wherever peel. They did not have much selection left for phones but after much deliberation was going to give us the s10 for an additional 80 bucks and free case and screen protector. Upon removing sim card they said oh nope can't do that there it's bent. You bent it. (It's been in a case and barely used in the 12 hours I've had it) it was sold to me in the condition it is in and they said nope we would never . So now they won't even exchange it or refund it. $318, issues right off the bat and are blaming me. They are too scared to own up to the fact they sold me such a device and too cheap to uphold there 48 hour refund policy and 6 month warranty . I was just assaulted for my s22 I had for less then a week. So I've paid nearly $1500 for a phone this month and can't even be a reliable one to call 911 on. If I bent the phone the body would be cracked as would the screen. The bend they say I must have done would take time in the proper conditions like heat. Dropping a phone would not lift the corner of a screen protector slightly The phone would be chipped , cracked. The fact they can not own up to there own mistake and blamed the customer twice is simply bad form and shameful customer service. Devices and policy are faulty and I highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else So got a phone call from the manager and when I brought the phone in immediately they said no you damaged it it's your fault they don't even look at it and I didn't even have the phone for 12 hours how did I bend the phone in 12 hours when it did not do anything but sit on my table or beat my handball I texted that would take a severe amount of pressure or heat in the long period of time to bend it without cracking it anywhere they said they do not sell defective phones and that they will not do exchange refund or warranty and it is the customer's fault They may be good at fixing other people's phones however the ones that they sell do not buy because they don't backup their word you know what was wrong with it ?( which if the manager of the west side looked at it like she said she did when she took it apart ) the thing was put in backwards ! you stold it to me that way, you blamed the customer for your mistake, and you clearly don't know your phones if you restored that way and double checked it again. bad form and shameful customer service. this review is also on Google, people have shared on Facebook and I hope people think twice because that was an awful costly.
