Always pleasant with their costumer service. Very reasonable with appointment times. And they provide a very professional product from their experienced groomers. My now 1 year old cavapoo loves going here, he is always so excited to get inside and be with the groomers. They take their time to understand my wishes and always explain their approach. He leaves there just the cutest!!!!! From mohawks to teddy bear cuts....they always give me 100%. My senior bullterrier with very high groomer anxiety has been doing very well here. He only requires his nails trimmed and filed, but they do a very good job. He requires lots of patience with this seemingly simple task and they understand this. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem of a spot!
I couldn’t be happier with the job Sam did on my old guy. She came out to meet me and discuss the grooming/any concerns I had. He was done within 2 hours, which is amazing considering all the hair he has. Best of all, he didn’t seem agitated or upset when I picked him up (which is often the case with new situations, since he has doggie dementia). I will definitely be coming back with my other dog!
