Due to an accident & through insurance we had the pleasure of experiencing the customer service here & technicians who did the repairs. I am VERY happy with the outcome & how I was treated throughout the process. Staff is very professional & the workmanship of the repairs is another level! Highly recommend. Thank you for the work that has been done.
This was my first time visit and I was very satisfied with the work done. My car was hit and run and the back left side was damage, they fixed it quickly and they even cleaned the inside. Definitely recommend
My car had an unfortunate hit and run incident at the WEM parking lot. The staff at Intact were amazing, can't say enough good things about them. My insurance agent was sorely lacking in information - Intact took me by the hand, walked me through the process and helped me fill out all the needed paperwork.
When I got my car back the damage was beautifully fixed and they had cleaned the car INSIDE and out. They went above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend them!
