Craftsman floor refinished my 1960's floors, and they look beautiful, definitely brought them back to life. Several areas were worn out, and had water damage, and now you can't even tell where. They always got back to phone calls and emails almost (if not) immediately, AND they were almost a full dollar less per square foot than some other companies I called. Couldn't be happier with my choice of going with craftsman floors.
