Cottswood is a great customer experience with attention to detail from the shopping experience to final delivery of the products. The delivery crew Fraser and Andrew were engaging and friendly and treated the furniture as if it was their own.
We had a fantastic experience ordering our custom bedroom set from Cottswood. Our design consultant, Treva, was a dream to work with and she provided us with regular updates while our set was being manufactured. Gabriel and his delivery team were extremely professional, arrived right on schedule and took great care when moving each piece of furniture into our home. Our bedroom set turned out even better than we imagined and we cannot thank the team at Cottwood enough for the exceptional customer service!
Shopping for furniture is not a favourite activity of mine but when Christopher introduced himself, furniture shopping became more fun. With his patience, eye for design and colour combinations to suit my space, I’m really happy with the final outcome.
