When I found a couch I fell n love with, the personalized service that we received from Anastasia was amazing. She helped me pick out a fabric that would be both functional and beautiful. She helped me figure out if the couch would fit up the staircase and through the door of my suite and even came to my place to take measurements. She was such a big help, I highly recommend Anastasia and Cottswood to anyone looking for quality pieces of furniture. I would like to add that the delivery guys were amazing as well the carried the couch up 4 flights of stairs without any complaints. The were very professional.

We bought our bedroom furniture from Cottswood Interiors in 2016. The other day the top drawer of our chest jammed and we were unable to fix the issue ourselves. I contacted Cottswood and talked to Raffi who suggested a few things to try. After many attempts of trying to unjam the drawer we contacted Cottswood again and they sent out their service man. He was unable to fix the problem so he called the store and they picked the chest up and took it to their warehouse to fix. The next day it was returned working wonderfully. Dean provided great assistance in helping us select our buffet and its colour. The purchase process was smooth. The men who delivered our buffet were friendly and knowledgeable. They moved hundreds of pounds carefully and easily. We love our new buffet!
