I have yet to be helped by a person at CIBC, their shitty security gets my cards hacked then I have to spend 7 hours on hold with each department to get them to tell my why my card was hacked. You should contact the customer via text like your hold music says you will, but instead here I am calling you once again, after you said you'd fix this. This bank is a terrible experience to deal with.
