To be clear, my Tattoo isn't even finished at the time of writing; but from my two sessions so far I have been delighted. Both my own artist (Addox Grey) and everyone else at Capital are very warm, welcoming and professional. The location is clean and well cared for with excellent interior decoration.
I would definitely recommend their services for tattoo virgins, like myself.

Spent about 12 hours here last Friday with a guest artist and really loved the shop. Parking was available, the shop was clean, the washroom was clean. The space has some great personality, and everyone there seems friendly as heck. Will likely visit again with one of their regular artists.
I couldn’t speak any higher of Capital even if I tried. The artists here are top tier! Professional, Kind, Funny, Clean, and incredibly talented. I am lucky enough to have experienced the best time getting tattooed here. Very comfortable, no judgement when I bring in my squishmellow, blanket and all my other comforts to get tattooed. Jessica is an incredible owner and it shows in the way her artists flourish and express kindness to each other.
