While on vacation, our neighbours called to inform us that a water pipe had burst in our master bathroom. They suggested we contact CRS Edmonton.
We’re so glad we did!
Patrick, the project manager, and Leonardo, the crew lead, assured us everything would be handled with care.
They went above and beyond to keep us informed daily and even set up cameras so we could monitor the situation at home.
Initially terrified, we were truly helped by this group during a difficult time.

We are renters and there was a bad fire in our building.
Our Insurance Company said we could hire a restoration contractor of our choice to get our contents and furniture out of the building, and we contacted CRS Edmonton.
Amie made such a great impression on the initial call and after scoping the work, she sent Victoria to our place.
Victoria (Vicky) and her team handled the little belongings we have with respect, cleaned, packed neatly and brought them to our new apartment.

We had a drain back up in our basement and contacted CRS Edmonton.
Amie contacted us and within 2 hours and Jovit and his crew arrived at our house.
They protected our floors, explained the work they needed to do and were kind and respectful.
We had never experienced anything like that, but the Jovit made us feel comfortable and did a great job.
