I had my brows done yesterday at Brow Envy, and I am beyond impressed. Genée is truly a Master Artist, and it shows in every part of her process. I’ve had thin, wispy brows for over 20 years, and I’ve always been nervous about trusting anyone to change them. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to explain the different techniques, what would suit my skin and hair, and how she would shape everything using precise angles and measurements. The colours, the texture, the shape… everything was customized for me. Because I’m super allergy‑prone and this was my first tattoo experience, I was anxious. She sat with me to go over the ink ingredients, answered every question, and made sure I felt completely safe. She talked me through every step during the appointment, checked in constantly, and gave me lots of chances to tweak the shape. The communication was incredible too: confirmation email, calendar invite, pre‑care instructions, aftercare reminders, and a full aftercare kit at the appointment. She also reminded me to avoid UV for 10 days, so I booked my touch‑up for after my vacation. My combination brows look AMAZING. I finally have the brows I’ve wanted for two decades.
