Used Big Steel Box to move recently and I am quite happy with the results. It was easy to order and delivery/pick-ups were on time! The box was clean and easy to pack. I did have some early billing, but corrected with a short phone call. Only one down side is when I requested a quote online, I did not hear back and I had to call for a quote, they may work those bugs out.

Drop off and pick up went very smoothly. Dylan gave me a call on his way over and made sure to pick up the loaded container slowly and carefully to not damage any of my belongings. He was also very kind and respectful. Highly recommend him and would use BigSteelBox again in the future!
