Been shopping here for years, anytime I've had an issue with whatever I have purchased, as long as I was within 30 days, they'd exchange or refund me the full amount, no issues. That alone has kept me coming back, as a customer this makes me feel respected and that my satisfaction is important. Overall great customer service and well informed employees. Highly recommend this place!

Knowledgeable, patient, professional and fun! I came in shopping around for a new phone and potentially a new contract. My situation was a little tricky because of certain elements regarding my previous active phone contract. Praveer knew exactly how to help me and hooked me up with the newest iPhone, a better performing contract, and I am paying 15$ less each month. All with zero down!!!.
Give this man a medal because I have bounced around providers over the last decade and no one has ever gotten me a deal this good!
