I had an excellent experience at this shop. Got a fitting for a violin. The time spent with me was very worthwhile and the owner is looking for a 7/8 violin for me. I needed something a little smaller. He was excellent. I’ll return.
We rented a violin for my daughter today — it’s her very first time learning the instrument. The shop owner was incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about using and maintaining the violin. As beginners, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Truly excellent service! We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.
We had a violin fitting and rental for our child ahead of her first class at Bella Music. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was a professional store with history and heart. Jim, the owner, dedicated over an hour to providing extraordinary service to our family.
He carefully observed our child’s build to recommend the most suitable violin and bow, taught her how to hold the instrument properly, patiently explained how to care for it, and even gave us a brief introduction to the anatomy of the violin. It truly felt like we had our first lesson right there in the store.
