They have always been able to book my vehicle in quickly, provided a clear diagnosis of the problem, given solutions and estimates before work was performed, and advice if the cost was out of scope at that moment. I appreciate never having to convince them of a problem that I have observed. They have community contacts with towing companies, locksmiths (and likely more) that aid in providing excellent service. Honest work came in with a coolant leak got it diagnosed and a full inspection and the only other problem they could find was the front brakes needing replacing didn’t try to upsell me on anything and had it ready to go the next day
