I saw Diane for my brows. The shop is clean and quiet. I was welcomed in so kindly and offered a drink while I waited. Diane explained the process so well and answered all of my questions. She was really clear about her process, which made me feel so reassured and relaxed - I was in expert hands. My brows are gorgeous. She applies a liberal amount of numbing cream, so I felt no discomfort at all. I had many opportunities to check how my brows looked and could tweak or adjust as we went. She is the consummate professional and she's so personable and awesome, too. 5 stars isn't enough. Go see Diane for a sweet set of brows.

I got pierced twice by Sarai and cannot emphasize enough how good they are! I have been to a few other piercers in YEG and honestly I still think Sarai is the only one with magic hands. They were so precise and just amazing at doing their job, I could barely feel any pain. I used to try around for different piercers, but now I will only trust Sarai for my piercings!

Absolutely fantastic. I've been going to Mitchell for all my tattoos, and each one seems to get better and better. Extremely welcoming and very helpful when it comes to questions.
