What a terrible place to deal with. In the process of pulling my funds out since they've made zero dollars (TFSA & RRSP). Then they have the nerve to charge me $125 when another company transferred the funds out of my TFSA. They said it'd be free if I cashed it myself but I had to drive to multiple locations and still couldn't find someone to talk to. How are you supposed to cash funds when you have no access to it?! I've been trying for over a month to move my RRSP out. Never again.

Has limited investment options, no self-directed investments, and charges you $125 per account to transfer away from ATB Wealth. An ATB advisor suggested my wife and I set up a small savings TFSA as part of our short-term (<1 yr) mortgage goals, which was some of the worst investment advice I've ever received. It didn't seem like a good move and my gut told my not to, but I let the agent convince me to do so (I already had a lot on my plate at the time, so I decided to follow their advice).
