We recently had carpets replaced in our home by Ashley Fine Floors. Our experience began a few weeks ago when we visited their show room. We were met by Mitch who patiently suggested several examples of carpets in the colours and fabric we were looking for. We signed out samples and once we selected the one we wanted, Mitch came out to the house to measure the areas requiring the new carpet. We were presented with a written quote and put a deposit down. The carpet was ordered and took a couple weeks to arrive. Due to the complexity of our staircase, Dave was assigned to our project. As part of our new amazing home Ashley Floors did the tiling as well as the LVP throughout. And it looks amazing and Susan accompanied us from the selection process all the way to after possession. We had the feeling that Ashley Floors considers every project to be their most important one. And should Les do your install, he is probably the best around in Alberta. Can only highly recommend doing any flooring job through Ashley Floors.
