The staff and management at Ardent Roof Systems have provided exceptional customer service for my re-roofing project. It started with a phone call talking to Irene who was detail oriented. She asked if I had any issues with my roof. I told her about my leaky chimneys.
Derrick was with me every step of the process starting with a detailed quote and ending with the rain caps. He addressed all my questions promptly. Derrick had made the process worry-free for me. We had new shingles installed last year. We have been happy through the winter and summer so far. The shingle options they provided were very fair and competitive. They answered all my questions and were not into pushy sales tactics. Easy to deal with staff. They recommended extra attic vents and spaced them evenly so they did not look out of place. Cleaned up after the work was complete.
