Initially, I left a review as a formal complaint regarding confusing contract extension information. At sign-up, I was given multiple program-length options and repeatedly asked whether I could extend the contract later without changing the original end date. I was clearly told that the end date would remain the same, with only additional months added and the revised payment taking effect from the next month of the change.
I later realized that I misunderstood the December 2026 vs. January 2026 cutoff, as I started attending in December 2025 and missed the specific date requirement....read full review
We have had our son in a couple different schools and this one by far has the best instructors and management. It has a welcoming atmosphere and they have done a great job building the confidence and skill through their Muay Thai program. Keep up the good work!
As a parent I have been continually impressed with everything about Arashi-Do from their beautiful space, professional gear, very caring staff and the effect Khun Florin has had on my teenage daughter! From the very first time they met, I knew he was the perfect fit for her! He is funny but also serious - but in a way that truly kept her FOCUSED and it was honestly pretty magical to watch the energy between them in the trial class! She respects him. When she was struggling to go on some nights after a long day at school across the city, Jessica called to check in with me, and asked how they could best support her since every kid is different.
