Pleasant staff on the phone, estimate provided on phone, and although I didn’t indicate it was urgent, a very friendly and knowledgeable technician was here within one hour and the lock issue was fixed within minutes, at the estimated price which was very competitive. In early August I contacted All- Lock- Rescue Ltd. to get a quote on installing two Schlage Smart lock deadbolts. They were able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone, so I booked them to come and do the job. I had already purchased the two Schlage Smart deadbolts. Todd arrived at the scheduled time, and set to work installing the front door deadbolt. He had it done quite quickly, and then moved to the back door. As he attempted to set up the smart deadbolt, he encountered an issue with the deadbolt. It would not work. We tried new batteries, but still it wouldn't work. Broke my key off in the ignition of my car. They were able to get the old key out and have a new one made in under 30 mins. Very reasonable price. Curtis was super friendly and efficient. Will be using All lock rescue again.
