Had AMHI inspect our new build this week. Showed up early and was professional. From my research, alot of inspectors have only an online course and barely any real construction experience. But Jason is actually skilled and knowledgeable! Found many things to hold our builder accountable to. Was very thorough and even spent extra time on our place. Answered all our dumb questions and had a 64 page report ready very quickly. The report itself however, could use some polish and improvement. The design or software used seems a little dated. That's my only feedback.

Overall would recommend this company for inspection. Will book him again in a year for warranty checkup.

Jason came out to inspect our first home. He was very thorough, he was happy to explain everything verbally and made sure I understood what was needed on the home. The PDF inspection report was also very detailed and had tons of photos. I feel confident this house is as solid as he says.Jason was recommended to me by my Realtor. Thank you for great service!

I was recommended to use Master Home inspection by my real estate agent. While I was able to attend the inspection myself was impressed by the thoroughness of the Doug" inspector" throughout the process. I received the report on same day few hrs inspection is completed, which was very helpful since are in a time crunch to being the attorney review process. The report itself was fantastic, full of pictures and details going well beyond what I expected. It allowed me to see what the serious issues were with my first house and proceed accordingly.
