I had one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time with Sophie Kwon. She practices Stnovium Osteopathic Therapy and is incredibly skilled and in tune with the body. She finds those deep tension spots and really works them out. After years of sports and now 15 years at a desk job, I deal with degenerative disc issues and shoulder pain. After just one 60-minute session, I felt amazing, lighter, relaxed, and genuinely happy. Highly recommend her ....very skillful hands.
