I see Heather for massages regularly. She was recommended to me by several hard-core dance friends in the local lindy hop scene.

She is smart, funny, and has a knack for picking out the little things you didn't realise were bothering you (on top of the reason you booked).

She has to go easy on me because I'm a wimp, but even when I've come in with a limp, a 2in difference in my leg lengths, and can't turn my neck, she evens me out with her killer hands and sage advice.

I recommend her to all of my friends. She hurts so good, ha ha.

Mark is GREAT! I have been seeing him twice a month for over 15 years and he keeps me moving and feeling young, which is super important in my line of work.

I've never had any chiropractic care at Accord, but I sure have been over to see Lorne, the remedial massage therapist in the office. I used to live just a couple of blocks away and headed on in on a monthly basis when I was still in university. Everyone thought I was the luckiest person ever to get a massage once a month. I promise you, it's anything but relaxing! When I was getting ready to move to Calgary, I asked Lorne if he knew anyone down there that I could go see in his place. His answer: "No, there's nobody like me." And I'll be damned if that isn't the honest truth! I went back last week while I was up in the area for old times sake. Thankfully, I wasn't too much of a mess after a six and a half year absence and my experience with Lorne was just the same as it always was. A++!
