Updating this to 5 stars. I initially wrote my review in a moment of stress and frustration, assuming I wouldn't get any help. However, as soon as I actually reached out, they were more than happy to assist. This isn't shocking at all, as my previous experiences dealing with them have also been great. The owner is currently in the process of making things right and was incredibly eager to help. I definitely should have just reached out to them first instead of making assumptions and posting a bad review. The owner is genuinely great and truly cares about his customers.
Adam from 7eighty has been extremely helpful i been getting frequent updated on my car in a way that I love my car so much, but im not worried about it since its with 7eighty. Brought in my vehicle in on June 3 as I was having transmission issues. DJ inspected my vehicle and determined I needed my transmission replaced. He was able to get me a good deal on a used/refurbished transmission. I also had them do some extra work on my vehicle. My final invoice was a little cheaper than the quoted price. I can say that I was very pleased with the service and repairs. They had me back on the road in 10 days ready to for camping season.
