I took my truck there to get the injectors and water pump done, as well as a valve set and a drag link installed. They were very accommodating getting my truck in and the work done. After getting my truck back I had discovered a fuel leak from the return line on the back of the engine. They took it back and stated there was no leak, yet there most definitely was as it was dripping diesel while running in my drive way. So that wasn't fixed.. I also found my intake gasket by the battery, the intake was metal to metal.... Traveling lots of gravel this could have resulted in dusting my engine and seizing it solid. I saw the negative reviews and just wanted to counter some of those. I have never had cause to question the work that has been carried out on my family or business vehicles.
The changed the lug nuts on our last vehicle and found one or two of the new ones were losing the outer metal coating so they swapped them all out again, with better ones, at no extra charge.
Front desk ladies are ALWAYS pleasant, never in too much of a hurry but quick and efficient when they need to be.
Really, I have learned my lesson with switching vehicles from one garage to another because I always felt something about the service was "off", well not any more. I am sticking with these...read full review
