Fountain Tire

Went to get tires but they didn't have the 4 tires I required but gave me a loaner and arranged to have the proper tires installed at one of their competitors. That is service at its best. My apologies to the staff at Fountain Tire. I put 3 stars instead of the 5 stars that their service and friendly attitude so rightly deserved. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone for service to their customers. Putting the customers needs first and foremost make them great.

Our car tire pressure monitor said a tire was low as we were on our way home from the mountains. This was the first tire shop we came to. Stopped in, they brought our suv in immediately, found a nail in the low tire and had it fixed quickly. We would give them regular business if we weren't 7 hours away.

Excellent Service! Staff was wonderful. Got a flat in the Hamlet of Rosebud. When I got into Drum Heller they went right to work- they found two screws in the one tire! ?‍? They had me on the road again in no time, at an extremely reasonable cost! Special thanks to them for being dog friendly-was raining out & they were more than happy to let our dog hang out in the lobby with us!
