“March 28th/2025 we decided it was time for our old girl(dog) to get her wings, the absolute hardest decision anyone ever has to make.
Rocky vet was absolutely the kindest most understanding and had great patients with us and our girl, this wasn’t an easy decision but in the end it was the right thing to do.
We had her cremated and today April 3, I got the call that she was back and ready to be picked up to come home. They had a beautiful sympathies card, a cremation certificate, nose and paw prints for us in a beautiful little package and it truly made this experience the best it could have ever been.
All the staff was extremely professional, kind and understanding, I truly appreciate and I’m grateful for everything they did for us and our beloved pup!“
