Hands down the best customer service of any tire shop in town! If you’re looking for small town, good people, good service and tire prices that beat everyone else, this is the place to go.

I had an amazing experience at Trail Tire in Drayton Valley! They swapped my winter tires to my summer tires and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
There were a few scratches caused by the machine on my rims, but what really stood out was how honest and professional they were about it. They took full responsibility right away and were more than willing to help find a solution to make it right. That level of accountability and customer care is hard to find these days.
The staff truly stand behind the quality of their work and make sure customers leave satisfied. Honest, helpful, and great to deal with — I’ll definitely be using Trail Tire again… read full review
