The staff here are just so wonderful. They are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. Dr. Chin is a great optometrist, friendly and thorough. And Wendy made my first time picking glasses very fun!
This has been our go-to eye glass place for probably 20 years (before it was re-branded fyi).This particular experience was a typical one (typical meaning excellent) - I'm looking for frames and Wendy grabs a few sets and I instantly love the first ones I try on! She is so good at finding frames that suit the customer ?
My first time at FYI Doctors to purchase glasses was welcoming and professional.The ladies that helped me were knowledgeable and patient.
