“After many years as a patient and client at Timber Dental, I decided to leave shortly after the change in ownership. Unfortunately, I had never felt so unwanted as a customer at any business in Drayton Valley, so I decided it was time to find a new dental home.

I decided to give Valley Dental a try, and I’m so glad I did. They were able to get me booked in quickly, and from the moment I walked through the door, everyone was absolutely amazing and friendly. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist, I felt welcomed, listened to, and comfortable.

Most importantly, I genuinely felt like they cared about me and my experience. That can be a hard thing to find these days.

I’m actually looking forward to my next appointments, which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist!

“This place was absolutely phenomenal. As a young adult with her own benefits now they answered every single question as best as they could regarding my coverages and how they worked. The dentist (Dr. John) was quick but I didn’t feel rushed. He answered every question even the silly ones about the x-rays without hesitation. He didnt leave in a hurry he made sure I didn’t need anything else. The ladies I encountered from the desk to my chair were so sweet and positive. To see two smiling faces the moment I walked in first thing in the morning was a true blessing it honestly set the enter appointment up for success. They had the cutest little game room for kids (I almost wanted to try the arcade game). I understand why my mom always took the kids here. I’ll be back to have some teeth pulled but I’m definitely not as nervous now that I know I’m in some great hands. I highly recommend coming here!”
