Pet Valu is a neighbourhood store that provides a wide range of pet supplies, including food, treats, toys, and accessories. The friendly and specially trained Animal Care Experts are committed to helping customers find the best products for their pets. The store offers additional services, such as dog baths, with a clean and well-stocked washing area. The staff are phenomenal, engaging, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers. They are willing to try to bring in products they may not stock upon request. Although there is a minor issue with the dryer in the bath area, the overall experience is great, with competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
We love Devon Pet Valu. Sky and Aakash are both super helpful and friendly. It’s great having an awesome pet store in town!
The people at Devon Pet Valu are absolutely fantastic. They remember the different food that my different pets eat, they make recommendations that really make a difference. My cat has lost a lot of weight without restricting the amount of food I give her because they recommended a science diet cat food for weight management.
I have stopped shopping at places like Petsmart and I only shop at the Devon pet valu. Im more than happy to support a local family owned and operated business. Its the people that make it a great place to shop. They actually really care about your pet.
I love this pet store. I used to live in Devon but now I moved to the city but I always come to this place. The staff are amazing and this place always makes me smile everytime I visit. I love how the staff are always helpful and manage to accommodate my dog’s needs. They are very helpful and friendly especially Kumar.
