Had my taxes done and I’m not going back anytime soon from phone calls not returned to having my 2021 taxes wrong and instead of answers just more questions of why I ever used the service in the first place not a happy customer

Called to book an appointment twice- no one answered the phone either time so I walked in to inquire about getting an appointment - when I walked in I was coldly greeted by an older gentleman asking if I had an appointment - to which I replied I did not yet, that’s why I came in to book one . The older gentleman then raised his voice and told me “you can’t just walk in ! You need to call an make an appointment “ . I explained to him that I tried to call twice to make an appointment . I came in to H&R Block in Devon never having done my own taxes before. Laura walked me through all the steps. She was absolutely phenomenal to work with and super helpful. Will be coming back
