Absolutely the best service I've ever received from a trade company. It starts with a receptionist and goes right through to the tradesmen. They do what they say they're going to do and they return phone calls. Staff are pleasant, congenial and answer all my questions and cleaned up their mess before they left. Highly recommended. My congratulations to superior management who are training their staff really well.
Had a stubborn blockage that we alone couldn't budge , called Izak and he was able to come out next day !!! Service was awesome ! Izak did an amazing job had us up and running in no time !! Will absolutely reccomend him ! Thank you!
Problem Solved Plumbing and Heating had a technician at our house within 24 hours with a new water heater after our old one quit working back in March. Their technician Izak Brackley did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond with the installation and disposal of the heaters. Izak cleaned up the existing pipes giving our furnace room more space and cleanliness. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Problem Solved Pluming & Heating and Izak Brackley will be the only ones we call for our plumbing or heating needs in the future as well the only place we will recommend to all our friends and family.
