Had Cody at our home this morning to change 2 door handles. He was very professional and polite. Our front door handle broke this morning. I called KW and they responded very quickly to secure our home. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
UPDATED: Cody got us out of a literal bind! our back door wouldn’t open and after calling the office in a panic they assured me that they could have someone out that day! They scheduled me for 3pm with the reassurance that if they had anytime earlier they would call and sure enough the work was done by 12pm. Cody was kind and speedy but took the time to explain the issue! the best in the business!!! thanks folks
