I have to apologize as this review is about 2 months late!! But I can't thank Rob for making a double bathroom reno (yes, that was 2 at once), as painless as possible. Especially in times of supply chain shortages!! I had picked out and/or ordered most of the design aspects, Rob worked with me to finish off the rest. Kyle is an excellent tradesman. My feature wall, which needed to be redesigned a bit after discovering broken tiles in the bottom of the only 2 boxes in the country, looks better than I ever dreamed with a 5" custom wood frame around it. We ended up a couple of weeks over estimated schedule, but that was also due in part to me insisting on my own plumber, and schedules didn't always mesh. There were a couple of issues (aren't there always in renos), but Rob came up with creative ways to address them. Thanks again. Still love my sanctuary every time I head in there!
