I was having trouble with my remote starter, took it to Country Hills and they said I had to bring my car where I bought it, in Cochrane. I was getting frustrated but once I talked to Roger everything was better. He immediately looked into my situation and then got me in asap. He needed up fixing the darn thing himself and saved the day and my winter.
Corey Bergman and the entire service team at Cochrane Toyota are hands down the best service team in the business! We don't own a Toyota (yet), and still get the best treatment when we bring our vehicles in for service here. And if on the very very rare occasion something isn't quite right, these guys go over and above expectations and make things right. We are very lucky indeed to have this caliber of service here in Cochrane. Highly recommend! 10/10!!
The staff at the Cochrane Toyota are incredibly friendly and professional. I have been getting my RAV4’s services done at this location for over 2 years now, and every visit has been fantastic. The staff have been extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout our services, in addition, optional service items are recommended, but there is never a sense of pressure one way or the other. 5 stars.
