I'm in my 70s and have been going to Cochrane Sport Physiotherapy since July 2023. I started seeing Tyler Kowalchuk to help deal with extreme joint pain in my hip. I was fortunate to have joint replacement surgery at the end of October. The surgeon commented that the stretching and strengthening regimen Tyler provided was ideal in preparing my muscles for recovery from surgery. Now that I've completed my 12 week rehab from surgery, I'm seeing Tyler on a monthly basis to continue to build muscle strength. Tyler is a great physiotherapist! I have been going to him on and off for several years and each time recovery is occurring quicker than the previous appointments. Follow his guidance and recommendations and welcome health back into your life ????
