I had a most pleasant expierence today at the Cochrane Cashco!! Toddler in tow, starting a new chapter in life, to open a bank account. The ladies greeting us with smiles and were very welcoming. Once I explained I was in need of a new bank account, I was immediately offered a chair and names were exchanged. Being in the customer service industry for almost 2 decades, this is so nice to see! I now have an Everyday Use account and a Moms Savings account, that Cashco will match $10 a month and long as you put in $10 a month, huge win for Moms!! I can't thank Katie and Holly enough for making my daughter and I feel not only welcome, but valued. Thanks again ladies!
