I ordered from this place online, they triple made sure they had the correct address & updated shipping price promptly. The plants came well packaged with a heat pack, some of them got a little knocked around which is to be expected. The overall condition of the plants I'd give a 6/10, one had an early on spider mite infestation which I caught and treated. I'm super glad I quarantined them so I didn't get a huge infestation. They also had a couple hitch hiking gnats, which is unavoidable. Some came a little over-watered but that may have been because they were getting shipped. Some of the leaves had brown spots, I don't know if I would have chosen those specific ones if I were at the actual facilty but I'm not upset about it. I definitely would suggest ordering online from them, unless you're really picky about plant condition/looks. My pink & burgundy philodendron princesses didn't have much variegation sadly, but hopefully they'll grow into it!
