We are Scotia Laundry Services, a new business based in Cochrane.

We moved into a brand new premises on Griffin Road East, Cochrane, which was a complete empty shell. We had the pleasure of working with Align Developments (Graham, Justin and Philipe). They worked with us to plan and deliver our complex project whilst keeping within our tight budget. They took care of everything from permits, specialist contractors, general contracting and engineer drawings, which took a massive weight off our shoulders.
