The clinic was able to see me the same day I called. As I had not been to this office previously and I have a great deal of anxiety when it comes to dental work I was apprehensive. However everyone at the clinic did their best to make sure I was comfortable. Without a doubt I had the best dental experience of my life. Beyond pleased with the entire procedure.
I always feel like I'm in good hands at the Coaldale Dental Centre. Going to the dentist can be stressful and it helps when everyone is friendly and caring, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Pitstra. They're kind and they're competent. I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
I was very pleased with my first visit to the Coaldale Dental Clinic. So many medical people now follow protocols that seem written in cement. I definitely did not feel like that in this clinic. I felt that I was treated as an individual patient with my own individual needs. I feel like I was heard and my concerns listened to. This was something that is very important to me.
