Little bit far away from every other community in chestermere.Also away from the very famous chestermere lake.Close to walmart and other shopping destinations.New society still under development.

Chelsea community-The house was not properly leveled up.Well , at the time of possession everyone is excited about the possession so dint bothered him to get it done at the same time and the manager himself said that they will take care of filling the sinkholes near the foundation for sure later. Got possession in November and still dealing with the service centre on emails , sent them the pictures and ask them to confirm with manager as he told me . I trusted and not asked possession mamanger to write it in an email . Seems like in this time era , we need to learn to tell other person to confirm all in the written words to trust them.
